Jiaozi Party!

We were lucky enough to be invited to come and make dumplings/jiaozi at a friend's house. It was a jiaozi party! Several of Alex and Sebastien's friends were there and we had a couple of local experts there to show us exactly how we should be pinching the dough together. The final shape is meant to be something like an ingot shape. We had a great time - I'll now show you some photos - but I'm afraid that all the dumplings were eaten before I thought to get a "finished product" picture. Maybe next year :)
