Alex has "done away" with naps most days. Instead we have "Quiet Time" where she's in her bed, in her room for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The aim is to synchronise Alex and Sebastien...we're not there yet! Anyway, she nearly always protests that she's not tired, that "I had a good sleep Mummy" (liar liar pants on fire) so when it all goes quiet, I usually expect to see her asleep - but this was a somewhat unusual way to find her! Struggling to take naps
Alex has "done away" with naps most days. Instead we have "Quiet Time" where she's in her bed, in her room for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
