What we do on an average day

We don't have the benefit of lots of playgroups like we did in Illinois - and our Mummy's circle of friends is considerably smaller - but we do have things to do and here's a small sample.

Riding our bikes, both in the apartment complex and outside. We are objects of curiousity because Mummy makes us wear our helmets and practically noone wears helmets in China.
The highlight of the week is Friday afternoon when Alex finishes school an hour earlier than usual - so Sebastien and Mummy pick her up from the bus stop. Sebastien loves to hold Alex's hand, for a while.Laundry day, oops, sorry not sure how that one got in there.Doing our own hair. It's amazing that the number of clips in One's possession is inversely proportional to the amount of hair available...Reading.Doing "homework" - this consists of just about anything relating to english (connect the dots A-J, color by number, simple maths etc) but especially involves stickers!Playing in the playground.Enjoying lunch and adventures with our Fulbright scholar friends (though this doesn't always include an entourage).Dressing up. Anyone's unattended shoes are targeted.Mummy doesn't always get the chance to take photos of what we do because she's herding cats, I mean children and we really enjoy it when Daddy makes four.
