Contradictory practices

To us, China is quite dirty compared to where we've lived before. Mummy still can't bear to watch when she hears the violent clearing of the throat on the street. So to her, seeing people eating burgers at KRC, McDonald or Burger King is quite incongruous.Although, to be fair you are only given two serviettes on your tray and there aren't any dispensers lying around the restaurant.
