Back home in Xiamen

Having left our carseat and double stroller in Australia - no use for either in China - the two flights as well as the layover in Hong Kong proved challenging. Thankfully Alex was kept entertained by the Qantas inflight entertainment (hello Wiggles!) and Sebastien fell asleep in the bassinette just long enough for Mummy to enjoy dinner.

We were happy that the HK airport has a kids play area as that helped but by the time we got to Xiamen (after 9pm Xiamen time - or 11pm Australian time) Alex was fast asleep. We were last off of the plane, as usual, and waking her up so she would walk on her own was difficult. It was lovely to see Daddy waiting for us, flowers in hand. Apparently he'd missed us!
