Hmm, Alex has learnt a new word and I'm not exactly sure how. She now denotes many things as "pretty". Today she came out of her room with two bibs around her neck and told me that they were pretty. Last week when Brett brought some Mardi Gras beads home from work, she pounced on them and declared them "mine, pretty". I'm doomed to have a girly girl. Help?!

I seem to remember Alex's mum tarting it up with pretty black & gold scarves and legwarmers when she was young too, and she hasn't turned out to be too girly!
